I looked up from the Colliseum and thought I was dreaming - Roman soldiers!!
Elsie and I had a wonderful week in Rome courtesy of Ryan Air which was offering tickets from Glasgow to Rome for £7 apiece.
We had a wonderful 4 days of wandering around through the very old, old, not so old (1500 AD) sights of Rome. The Sistine Chapel was the last day - wow!!
