Yet again the jeep got stuck. The three Grannies felt it was a better use of time to sit and solve the problems of the world through talking it all out. Elsie, Jen (my sister) and Liz (Esther's mother and Zara's other Grandmother) watched as the camels went their way in the desert and the sun came up over the mountains.
This was our first morning out in the desert - still within the Emirates. We were learning how to drive on sand and settling into camp routine.
